Congress is in session and the Senate is expected to vote on President Trump's proposal to end the shutdown.   Linda Kenyon reports Democrats remain opposed to the GOP plan.  The shutdown is taking it's toll on air travel.  Clayton Neville tells us there are concerns about air traffic controllers having their training curtailed.
