President Trump left some of his NATO allies bewildered in Brussels. Jeff Zeleny reports the President said all members agreed to up their defense spending….but no one else is saying that happened.

There were fireworks on Capitol Hill as FBI agent Peter Strzok testified before Congress. He was removed from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team because of negative text messages he sent about then-candidate Donald Trump. Omar Jimenez reports the hearing was incredibly tense.
