The contentious process of nominating Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court is coming to an end. Linda Kenyon reports several votes are in play that could decide whether Kavanaugh  gets confirmed. The Justice Department announced criminal charges against seven Russian intelligence officers. Steve Kastenbaum reports they are accused of hacking, wire fraud, identity theft and money laundering as part of an effort to distract from Russia's state-sponsored doping program for athletes.
