North Korea is condemning the United States for stepping up sanctions.  Will Ripley reports the response came after the U.S.  sanctioned three North Korean officials for human rights violations.  A shutdown is looming.  Unless a compromise is reached, Linda Kenyon reports there is a very real possibility of partial government shutdown this week.
