All children in US Border Patrol custody have received medical screenings and apprehended children will now be assessed more thoroughly, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen announced Wednesday.  Jerry Bodlander reports the DHS Secretary will visit the border today.  The Big Apple gets ready.
