We dive into Josh's story of being burned out as an outpatient ortho PT early in his career, which lead to him turning to home health for more independence and income. Josh explains how working in home health opened his eyes to working with people at their homes. Josh went on to open his own Concierge PT practice which he built to 6-figures within 24 months. Since then he's gone on to start Concierge PT Business Coaching where he helps other PTs start their concierge practices.
