If you are in an argument, do not start it off by saying "First of All." This gives a way the element of surprise. Find something else to say rather than making this big proclamation. You don't have to be dramatic just give someone the facts and get over it. Saying "First of All" sets a negative tone to the conversation so let's try to just keep it simple and be direct.
