“Why did I sign up for this?! 🫣” was my thought on Saturday night when I was preparing everything for my Sunday Run 🏃🏽‍♀️…but it was not only A run…it was THE Quarter Marathon in the first Quarter of 2024.

“Why did I sign up for this?!” 🥶 was my thought on Sunday when I finished the run through the beach and dunes (beautiful landscapes 🤩by the way).

My answer was, “because I wanted a new experience.” And of course I enjoyed it, in different ways. It also made me think about work, how many times we are uncomfortable and might not want to be there, doing that, but we still show up…
