Galina Denzel is a trauma resolution practitioner, whose work with the nervous system and whole body movement helps people live their fullest life.
She is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Somatic Practice touch practitioner, and Neuro-Affective Relational Model Practitioner. She is also a Nutritious Movement Restorative Exercise Specialist, creatively blending conscious movement and nervous system self-care.
Her own history of chronic pain, eating and body image challenges and her journey of recovery inspire all of her writing and creative work. This deeply embodied personal and professional experience have made her a sought after author, writer and speaker.
