Hope you can get to know me here and get a feel for what this podcast is going to be about.  I recorded this on my lanai in Kealakekua, Hawaii, tell you all a little bit about how I got out here in the middle of the Pacific Ocean from the great state of New Jersey, and what my therapeutic experiences have informed me of along the way.
