In this episode of First Steps Forward, Zach Higgs and Liz Gallagher talk about how they support families in the First Steps program. Zach is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Liz is an Occupational Therapist.  

Zach and Liz meet families where they are. From grocery stores to local parks to family homes, First Steps providers show up to offer compassionate care and coaching in a family's natural environment.

In this episode, we hear from two parents-turned-providers, Courtney Stites and Juanequa' Hardieway. Courtney and Juanequa' both have children who have been through the First Steps program, and now, they work as First Steps Service Coordinators to help other families through the process.
