Andy Kerrigan is a fitness enthusiast and Social Care Worker. An advocate self improvement, self education, positive mental health and self evolution.

I sat down with Andy and we discussed his career in Social Care, how his own life experience and recovery, helped guide his path and allow him to excel. We also discussed societal changes that are needed in the country.

Andy helps people improve and change their lives and if there is a more noble cause, then I am not aware of it.
