The recent arctic outbreak has dropped water temps into the 50s across Tampa Bay. This isn't just cold for Floridians, this is too cold for many marine life and some fish. Local Captain Ryan Amaturo with Reel Nauti Fishing Charters joins Amanda Holly on this week's Reel Talk to talk about how this is impacting our local snook population, along with what these colder water temps are doing to manatees, turtles and corals.
