Slept well in the Airbnb. Nice and firm mattress and good traffic sound. Had to shake a tail feather as soon as I got out of bed to make it out in time for check out time. Messaged Reiko about the pizza that I couldn’t cook in the apartment and I dropped the pizza off to them. She and Andre have a super cute apartment in East Melb. Jealous. I sweated through a t-shirt while talking with them and looked like a bedlamite. Met Harry at Jolimont and walked into the city. Had a souvlaki with him. Then had to hurry for my train. Train ended up being cancelled for a bus and being a whole drama in itself. I helped a lady put her bag up in the overhead rack. Then when we arrived at Warrnambool, I was helping her get it down and a bunch of stuff had tipped out. There were a bunch of people waiting for us to get out of the way, so I was just shovelling things to her - fistfuls of knickers, a well worn hair brush, etc. She said it was embarrassing. She was nice! Warm day. Walked home. Hung out with [sister and partner] and baby, and [cousin’s family]. Had Indian dinner with mum. Walk with [sister] and mum. Very glad to have had a shower and not feel gross after a couple of hot days. I’m glad I got out of town, even just for a night. Looking forward to more trips in the new year. Need a beach swim tomorrow I think. Fed the cows. Bin night. Listening to harp music in bed with the fan on high. Very comfortable. M: 6.5. E: 7. 😇🙂😍
