Supplements only help if you're doing everything else right. With that said; I put together a list, of my top five supplements for building muscle and burning body fat.        
  1. Whey Protein
  • Aids in weight loss/weight management

  • Lowers cholesterol
  • Lowers blood pressure in patients with hypertension; and those at risk for heart attack and stroke.
