With 3 small children, Judy Arazoza became a stay at home mom. She struggled to find the time to get to the gym. She spent the next 18 years reading and learning, looking for a solution. When her oldest turned 18 she was ready to get back into the workforce, but wasn’t interested in getting back into healthcare. Judy wanted to play a more preventive role in people’s health. She took the knowledge she had learned over the years and got certified as a trainer and nutritionist. Her goal was to help women over 40 to master fitness, nutrition, and gratitude.
We all have days where going to the gym is the last thing we want to do. Judy believes that if you go in thinking about how grateful you’ll be at the end, motivation comes easier. Everyone wants a quick fix, but we need to have a long term perspective to be successful. Making a lifestyle change is key.
