Ever since I started making fitness a priority, I have always made use of a gym. But what can we do when we do not have access to a gym space? In my case, this is related to broad business closures across the country this year; but perhaps you are not in a position to afford a gym membership, or are too scared to join a gym. In this episode I run through some of the ways I have adapted my fitness routine to being solely home-based. I offer a few simple ways to get regular daily movement in, and some strategies to adapt strength training to the home.
