Starting with our experiences in gym class and organized sports, we talk through where and when we were introduced to the concept of fitness and what being healthy meant and looked like. Looking at how our relationships with our bodies and confidence have changed throughout our lives, we discuss what habits and routines worked and which didn’t. We also explore the body positivity movement, including the concept of body neutrality, and try to find the best approach for both of us.
