Steve introduces his guest, owner of AES Fitness, Adam Schwalb, a health and wellness professional who specializes in fitness equipment. Adam talks about his background and how he found his passion. Adam worked for Life Fitness for eight years before moving back in with his parents to create AES Fitness in 2011.
