Happy New Year everybody! Did you set one or more new year's resolutions? We did and we both have fitness on our list.... again. Yes again! Apparently, we both have a bit of trouble keeping an exercise routine and staying motivated in general. I imagine someone reading this now can relate. In this episode, your hosts, Twanda and Rhumel, get some much-needed help in this area with our guest Diatta Harris. Diatta is a distinguished fitness trainer whose objective is to help people live their fullest and most active lives possible. She provided easy to understand, reasonable techniques and advice for those of us who are on a mission prioritize exercise and nutrition in the new year....with a focus on issues specific to women over 40.
