Fitness Optimization Episode with Shon Hsu

Shon Hsu is our guest for this episode. He is a Movement Coach who is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. 

Shon is based in Toronto, Canada and he conceptualized the course Fitness Optimization. 

Fitness Optimization discusses, General Physical Preparedness and how you can use CARs & PNF to  bring athletes or the general population to Optimize their Movement. 

Because of the circumstances in 2020, you may have seen a lot of social media posts about Controlled Articular Rotations or CARs. In case you were wondering what are the objectives of CARs were,  I asked Shon how he explains this concept to clients, and he even discusses further by explaining how PNF can complement CARs. 

His first courses were in Taiwan.  and he went a step further by bringing it globally, including Movement Revolution's home Manila, Philippines.
