About Dane Bartz:
Dane loves researching different restorative methods that can be utilized in training to recover and regenerate the mind and body. He holds a variety of certifications from leading organizations such as NSCA, NASM, ACSM, and USAW. Dane is an Academic Advisory Board Member for the Exercise Science Department at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri and a Michigan Advisory Board Member for the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Dane is a Lead Instructor for the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC) course by Dr. John Rusin. His professional experiences include working at private-sector facilities to large corporate companies such as EXOS & Google. His programming capabilities include elite collegiate athletes, general population to special population clients. Alex has a passion for nutrition and overall wellness! She believes that with proper fitness and wellness strategies our bodies can do remarkable things! She holds a variety of certifications from leading organizations such as NASM, Precision Nutrition, NESTA, and EXOS. Alex is an NPC Bikini Competitor and loves the challenge it presents during the journey! She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and loves practicing to center her mind, body, and spirit! Alex is an Adjunct Faculty at Oakland Community College in the Physical Education and Recreation Department. Her professional experiences include working at private-sector facilities to large corporate companies such as EXOS & Google.
