Dawn recently finished up the program and agreed to come on the podcast to share her story. Dawn made, and is making, incredible progress on her journey.
In this episode she describes what life was like before jumping into working with me in my program, what things changed for her during the process, and what life is like now.
In her words, "I will not go back, can not go back to being who I was, it's impossible." I know that idea can be scary, and that's exactly how you know you've experienced transformation. Well done Dawn!
If anything from Dawn's story resonates with or sounds like you, and you're ready to get off your hamster wheel and start moving in the direction you want to go, DM me on instagram or shoot me an email at [email protected], or you can book a call on my website, www.fitnessfeedhq.com.
Today's episode is about how we (collectively) approach health, especially in the United States. We've been taught to believe that we are powerless and our bodies are the enemy. I go into all that I believe is wrong with this approach and how I approach it differently with my clients AND get real results, human results.

I talk about thriving a lot. The difference between survival and thriving. One being getting by, one being truly living. I dig deeper into what thriving really means and how you can get there, specifically from the physical realm.

Do you ever "should" on yourself? Why do we do that? Is it really what's best for us? Is there another way?
In this episode, I cover how shoulding on ourselves is hurting us in the long-term and what to do instead. How to connect to your why and how to turn those shoulds into wants - the key for real change.
As I talk about at the end of the episode, if this topic spoke to you and you want help in getting yourself out of shoulding and into wanting, book a free clarity call on my website, fitnessfeedhq.com.
Follow me on instagram @fitnessfeedhq and be sure to subscribe to this podcast and share with a friend who "shoulds" on themselves a lot.
What if I told you you have everything you need already in you. Your body already has the tools it needs to live your best life. AND it happens naturally if we just get out of the way? Would that be something you'd be interested in?
If so, check this episode out. I relate to the desire of wanting to outsource my problems - I share my experience with this from my college days. I wish I'd known then what I know (and share in this episode) now.

This episode is all about stress. Where it comes from, what kind of stress it is, if it's good for us, and how to tell the difference. When it comes to stress, it's very much just a part of life. At the end of this episode, I walk you through how to manage your stress.

I do a very shallow dive into some things that fitness gets wrong that a holistic approach solves. There are some things in this episode that will definitely resonate with your experience in fitness, no matter who you are.
If any of these are things you still struggle with, let's chat. Reach out to me on IG, @fitnessfeedhq or by email: [email protected]. Share this podcast and subscribe!
I share my experience with doing a modified 3-day fast. I'll tell you why I did it, what it looked like, and, most importantly, what I learned from it.
