Episode Summary
Finding myself in a rut and uninspired by my new journey I decided it was time to own up to the very concept that launched this show... going off script! Which brings us to this mini episode series where for 5 days, I will post a short unedited episode at 5pm central sharing my thoughts, ideas, and what's happening in real time. I know taking action is where we gain clarity (and often get inspired), but these cycles can also be scary and difficult to break. Today, on my Dad's birthday, I'm bringing you the second episode in this series and the topic is grief. Trigger warning: there are lots of tears in the episode, and I talk about topics that can be difficult to explore, but are important to address.
Episode Notes
My book recommendation, It's Not Always Depression
Listen to this episode and this episode w/ coach, Elyssa Smith, to learn why self-nurturing is key in times of stress and trauma
