He recommends modifying five behaviors which will extend and improve your life. They are, quit smoking, don't drink excessively, exercise, maintain a healthy weight and have a social network. Also discussed is the importance of monitoring and maintaining hormone levels, primarily testosterone and estrogen. Positive results that can be achieved include improved mood, increased energy, ability to focus, increased libido and reduced risk for heart disease.
