Episode 10 - Joe is still on lockdown! While his audio equipment may be on quarantine, Joe turns to the good folks at Squadcast to host his next guest, Alex, who is in Brooklyn, New York and talks about how living at the center of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected his mental health. They discuss the importance of creating healthy habits, the benefits of having a therapist, and the stigma of talking about mental health.

Joe and Alex also talk about the book, "No More Mr. Nice Guy," by Robert A. Glover, and discuss their own "nice guy" behavior, what exactly that means for them as men, and how they would like to see themselves improve.
