Today on the Voicing Startups podcast I interview John Best of Best Innovation Group and the FIVE (Financial Interactive Voice Experience) Platform. The FIVE Platform helps Credit Unions keep with the times and give the ability to adopt voice-driven technology as customers expect to do the same transactions that they do via a mobile app or online using their voice.  The benefits of this results in Speed, Convenience and Security for the users.
