We are halfway through the 2025-2026 Season . The standings are as tight as we have ever seen them. Every team is looking like they have a chance to hold a high spot in their division, but three teams are dominating more than others . Avalanche is on pace to end the season with 140 points if they do. they will beat an NHL record . Dallas and Wild follow behind, leading the league for the past 5 weeks . The three-headed Hydra is the nickname they have earned .

A look at the East teams that we thought were going to rise and hold place, such as Toronto , New Jersey, New York Rangers , and Boston. Have been struggling . Although. Detroit , Tampa, and Montreal are flying and holding steady . 

The group went over the finalized Olympic rosters for Canada and the United States.
