A few years ago a teenage friend of our family died suddenly in a car accident. That is often the hardest kind of death to deal with, when it seems so random, without any explanation, and when it happens to a young person entering the prime of their life.

It is a natural feeling to feel a tsunami of emotions, including anger, at times like that. And in today’s episode I want to share my thoughts on the anger part, so let’s get started.
