Marcus Henderson is a psychiatric mental health nurse for kids and teens. He contracted COVID-19 early in the pandemic and unpacks for us the emotional toll that the virus took on him. As a mental health practitioner, he also discusses the pandemic’s social and emotional impact on America at large and believes more empathy is needed at this time.
