As Americans, we’ve come to expect a wide variety of choices and options that cater to our preferences— whether we’re eating in a restaurant or shopping in a store. We’re not used to hearing the word “cannot”— and it usually frustrates us when we do. But when the Bible teaches us about the things that God cannot do, it doesn’t stir up frustration or disappointment, but genuine celebration! So what is it that God cannot do?
