  4. Fix your eyes on Jesus during testing (James 1:2-3) Trials and difficulties are inevitable, but when we fix our eyes on Jesus, the testing of our faith produces perseverance and spiritual maturity.
  5. Fix your eyes on Jesus when you're blessed (Jeremiah 9:23) Whether in times of abundance or lack, we must resist the temptation of boasting in our own wisdom, might, or riches. True blessing comes from fixing our eyes on Jesus alone.
