“The one thing you cannot automate is relationships” 

In this interview, Dr. Dorfman shares what strategies she implemented which led to her hiring and keeping multiple associate dentists in her practice. We also find out how to help our teams and ourselves become more available to building relationships with out patients through automating the busywork.
