Chip and Jo tackle their first loft apartment in Waco for Catherine Ballas, co-founder of a nationally recognized fitness program with its headquarters in downtown Waco. There is one major difference in tackling this new project.

The loft is a part of a the main building so they are not able to alter any exterior elements including windows, doors or the balcony. Can Joanna work her design magic and get chip to create the perfect space for their longtime friend?
