"We've got to do something!" That is the common reaction when someone sees a problem. But what happens when the something that you do fix⏤doesn't fix the problem or makes the problem worse? Today, I want to focus on two solutions people have been proposing lately to fix some of our problems, term limits and an Article V Convention of the States. Some of you may be surprised to hear it, but some of these solutions may be worse than the disease.
