My bike was always getting flat tires. The innertube was full of patches. I needed that bicycle for my paper route. When my neighbor saw all the patches, he bought me a new innertube and a new tire. What a nice surprise!

God’s Son Jesus bought mankind a gift of new life; it was very expensive. The gift from Jesus fixes what is broken inside of us. We, who are sinners, were given this present of eternal life. Jesus paid the price for the gift of life by taking our sins to the cross, by dying, and rising again! FOR US! Oh, what love our Lord has for you and for me! Strive as hard as you can to not sin. Remember that God is a forgiving God.
