Latin American immigrants understand corruption better than most American citizens because in Latin America corruption is the norm. 

Corruption and socialism has destroyed economic opportunity in their home countries and caused them to flee to the United States.

Conservatives can connect with new Latin American immigrants by loudly stating that we also oppose corruption in government.

In this way we are both starting out on the same side.
