DeVoe finalizes his plan to create the Enlightment Machine, while Barry and Team Flash team up with Gypsy to try to thwart said plan. DeVoe uses Janet Petty's gravity-powers to try to choke Gypsy, but Marlize convinces him not to kill her. Meanwhile, Cisco and Gypsy have a heart to heart talk about their relationship, and Marlize has a change of heart and leaves the Thinker. Finally, Cecile meets the Mysterious girl, who is revealed to posses the Speed Force.
