Flashback - Everyone is Weird....even me!

Hey there!! Welcome to the Badass Butterflies Podcast.  You guys! I am so excited about this, If you have been following me then you know I have been doing the Choose Your Path Podcast for a little over a year and a half and I decided to take my own advice and shift to another path because of all the things going on in my life and around me!And because of all that, Badass Butterflies is now here.  There is a story behind this title as you are probably wondering “what the hell does that even mean”  Well let me tell you…..I celebrated my last 40 something birthday this year and lord knows over time there have been so many life experiences, changes, ups and downs, and I have decided I can’t be the only one out there going through all of these little challenges in life so why not share!It donned on me when I hit these rough patches in life, however long they may be I tend to go into my protective mode cocoon, do all the things while having that protective shell around me, and then come out a badass butterfly. I am not going to share my entire background in this short cliff note description but just know you aren’t alone. This podcast will be real talk, sharing the ups, downs, random thoughts, things I am doing, things I am loving, Motherhood, family, and personal stories, and probably venting sessions because TOGETHER we can definitely get through this! Think of this as maybe a podcast journal that you might even relate to sometimes. That is if you are midlife, working mom, wife, and also trying to live your best life trying to stay healthy while juggling all the damn things every dang day!And who knows, just maybe if it takes off we will create a safe facebook group to all chat together.So get ready for some badass real talk
