Felicia Phillips is an author, speaker, and business strategist for more than 20 years. Felicia has been instrumental in coaching business executives on leadership development, relationship management and masterminding techniques for successful team building. Felicia is not only passionate about helping individuals obtain success through collaboration, she is also an advocate for the environment.

In 2013, Felicia had a vision to empower women to be 21st Century Leaders. She set out to make that vision a reality and launched the PINKtech Institute. PINKtech is based on the three pillars that transformed her business, technology, professional development and entrepreneurial resources. 

In the spring of 2015 Felicia launched PINKtech Institute. Jacqueline Sanders-Blackman is the executive Director of PINKtech.  PINKtech's goal is to create more women technologist through it's IT Business Solutions Program. PINKtech addresses the gender gap and provides the necessary resources that propel women to become entrepreneurs or to secure employment and develop them into forward thinking IT professionals.
