Flashback- Back in Season 1, I sat down with Tory Kern.  She manages a youth street outreach team at House of Hope, a community development agency.  Their focus is fighting homelessness in our communities and providing support to those currently experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless.  Her team (HYPE) specializes in youths between the ages of 13 and 24.
