We find out about the food seminars happening at Cambridge University, which have included eating grubs and adult insects and reporting on lab-grown meat. Not quite so exotic, but pretty impressive all the same, is what’s on sale at Culinaris in Mill Road, we investigate. Heidi White gives an up date on highlights at Eat Cambridge food and drink; we check out Mee and I in Castle Hill, Romano’s Kitchen at Burwash Manor, and what’s new in wines at Noel Young Wines.
