We all have sexual temptations.  Temptation is not sin, but it becomes sin when we act on it.  Sex with our spouses is a good gift from God, but outside marriage it is sin.  Even thinking about sex outside marriage is sin.  But how to we overcome our temptations and honor God and our spouses?
