We have all done things that we are not proud of. You have probably heard the saying, “If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime.” If you haven’t, it means that if you aren’t willing to suffer the penalty for what you do, then don’t do it. But even knowing that…..we all can just tilt sideways and mess up. But us messing up does not mean that God still can’t help us overcome it and even do mighty things.
There are many examples in the bible about this same thing. One guy becomes a fleeing felon and a fugitive. His name was Moses. He murdered a man and buried the dead man in the sand. Once the Pharaoh found out, he was after Moses and wanted to kill him. Moses fled, a fleeing felon, and hid in a nearby country for 40 years. He was a fugitive. But those 40 years Moses learned a lot. And God was with him and used him in a great way. I bet you have been through some “stuff” too. This is about how to get something out of things that go wrong.
