Lust is a heavy topic and so, it can be easier to keep the conversation at surface level or not talk about it at all. Because of this, many of us suffer in silence as the effects of lust spread and wreak havoc in different areas of our lives, leaving us in constant damage control mode.

We have to get real with each other and ourselves, have real conversations and let the word of God be our guide if we're going to break harmful cycles and walk in a manner that's worthy of the calling to which we have been called (Ephesians 4:1).
