In our second episode of Concert Taper Chronicles, we take a deep dive into Fleet Foxes live at the BottleTree Cafe, Birmingham Alabama on September 29, 2008. Captured from the audience on our personal gear, this show reflects the Fleet Foxes touring to support their very first album. Small club with no more than 200 people, this is a pristine audience recording.

We'll play three select tracks from the show that night, talk about the performance, the venue, the crowd, and what it was like taping the show firsthand. Along the way, we'll discuss what made this concert memorable and how these tapes connect us to the live music experience.
