even though covid is definitely a weird time period in everyones story, I think it may have changed a lot of us for the better, I did not enjoy covid at all, it was definitely the worst time of my life so hard, but I wouldn't change it for the world because it shaped me to become who I am today, and I bet it did the same to you!

regret is a feeling most of us often get, and it both normal and valid, but does regret actually help us? or should we switch our mindset when it comes to past mistakes?

why do we become independent? is it a good trait to have at a young age? are situations, and challenges, and life itself is what prepares us for the next stage in our lives, but sometimes it feels like we could have hold on to our childhood for a bit longer, join me while I try to heal my inner child letting her know she docent need to rush that process.

should we stop asking kids to act like grown ups? and let them be kids?

this is a little letter I wrote to my 6 year old self, who was addicted too being praise for how mature she was, I truly wish someone would have told me that it was okay to be a child, that I should enjoy being a kid! :)
