Time and adulthood have a tendency to crush us. 
It makes me wonder when I pass adults, who were they before they were burdened by the world. 
What eventually become hollow versions of ourselves were once filled with life and curiosity.

Maybe it's when we lose the grasp and let our youth slip through our fingers that life becomes heavy.
