The second annual Japan Soca Weekend is taking place this September 13-16th in Tokyo Japan. The 4 day festival, features both international acts and Japanese acts to create a cultural fusion like no other. Experience the best of Japan culture while enjoying Caribbean Soca Culture in Japan.
