I’m a full time wholesaler, flipping houses in Detroit and its suburbs. Wholesaling is where you go out, find someone that wants or needs to sell their house, negotiate a price and sign a contract for say $30,000 and you go market it and find a buyer for $40,000. You assign your contract to the buyer, and make the profit in between.
